HABITAT FOR HUMANITY ANNOUNCES NEXT FAMILY
Bond County Habitat for Humanity has exciting news. President of the Board of Directors Dave Trover made the announcement Monday of the fifth family in Bond County to benefit from Habitat for Humanity.
Howard and Stephanie Haller, of Pocahontas, along with their seven children, will soon move into the five bedroom, three bathroom home. Trover said this is one of the biggest homes Habitat has built in Bond County. The home is not given away. Habitat for Humanity offers the family a no-interest loan in return for sweat equity. The family will have to provide 400 hours of work toward the construction of their new home. Trover says a tentative start date for building is in mid-March.
