GREENVILLE WOMEN'S CLUB 2009 AWARDS
The Greenville Women's Club recognizes various businesses, institutions and individuals with their 2009 awards. Receiving Hometown Pride awards are Pepin's Country Store, Wayne's Produce and Meat Market, Dan & Cindy Daum, and Tom Hentz. Service to the Community awards go to Dave Willey, Frank Watson and Christina McKinney from FCI Greenville and Appreciation awards to Kaskaskia College, American Farm Heritage Museum, and Bob Wiedenhoeft.

Lisa Lynn Towell, age 39, of Hillsboro, formerly of Millersburg, passed away Saturday, September 26 at Hillsboro Area Hospital. Funeral services for 39 year-old Lisa Towell will be Thursday, at 10:00 a.m. at the Meridith Funeral Home in Pocahontas. Burial will be in Robinson Cemetery. Annabelle Cline, age 86, of Greenville, passed away Monday, September 28 at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Funeral services for 86 year-old Annabelle Cline will be Thursday, at 11:00 a.m. at the Greenville First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
