FORMER BOND COUNTY RESIDENT IN FAIR CONDITION IN URBANA HOSPITAL AFTER SHOOTING

A former Bond County resident is in fair condition, at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, after being shot in the leg Saturday evening. According to Lt. Ed Ogle of the Champaign County Sheriffs Department, Stephanie Bond, age 42, was shot in the leg at her home Saturday night. The home, in rural Urbana, is owned by Bond’s husband, 51 year-old Gabriel Omo-Osagie who was found dead at the scene from a self-inflicted gun shot wound. According to Lt.
