BOND COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT WARNS OF DAYTIME BURGLARIES IN COUNTY

The Bond County Sheriff’s Department warns you of daytime burglaries in the county.  Over the past two weeks, three daytime burglaries have occurred.  With the cornfields high, burglars may have more concealment during the crime and if the burglar's vehicle is parked near the house it could be hard to see from the road.  The sheriff’s department is asking you to watch out for any suspicious activity around your neighborhood and your neighbors’ property.  If you suspect anything may be happening or see a suspicious vehicle, please call the sheriff’s department at 664-2151.
