The Greenville Police Department October Activity Report shows two cases of battery.
There was one residential burglary, one theft from a motor vehicle, one theft of items valued at less than $500.00, one theft of items valued at more than $500.00, and four incidents of criminal damage to property.
There were four offenses involving juveniles and four for possession or delivery of illegal drugs.
Officers wrote six citations for uninsured motorists, two for driving under the influence, ten for driver’s license violations, two seat belt violations, and five speeding tickets.
There were 27 traffic arrests and 24 criminal arrests.
Greenville Police responded to seven traffic accidents, one with injuries.
Area fire districts personnel responded to 112 calls.
There were 39 animal complaints and the lake patrol issued five verbal warnings.
